Highsnobiety Beauty

Brand Goal: To grow the brand’s audience and introduce new revenue streams during 2020’s challenging economic year.

Strategy: Aware of how consumer spending was shifting, Sachin partnered with Insights to conduct research and used the data to support launching Highsnobiety Beauty, a new category for the brand. He worked cross-functionally with a global team to activate Beauty across Editorial and Sales.

Phase 1: Build the audience
Sachin built and managed Highsnobiety’s Beauty launch and editorial calendar. Content performed at 2.5x the average article.

Phase 2: Build credibility in the industry
Sachin partnered with established voices in the beauty industry to help build Highsnobiety’s credibility and cultural influence in the space.

Phase 3: Monetize
Sachin worked closely with Sales and Commerce to generate new revenue and optimize opportunities to monetize, which led to paid partnerships with Revlon, Gillette, and more.
